Return Policy



Incase the delivery package is open, tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept the same & deny delivery. We are not responsible for packages that were damaged, tampered  or opened before delivery, which you have accepted delivery of.

(Your packaging should state: DO NOT ACCEPT IF OPENED|DAMAGED |TAMPERED)

Process: At delivery, Take a snap of the opened, tampered or damaged box, return the package to the delivery person there itself, denying acceptance of the package and stating the box is damaged. Send us the picture along with your order number via this form : Delivery not accepted for us to resend the item at the earliest.

Our Returns Policy.

You can exchange items, unless otherwise specified, that are defective within 7 business days from the date of delivery. We take great care in checking each item before we ship, should the product be defective we shall replace it with another.

The term Defective is defined as: a manufacturing or storage defect only. Items that have been damaged during shipping or tampered with should not be accepted by the buyer and returned back to delivery agent as delivery denied.

Defective term includes the following:

In case of fabric and stitched products such as cushions or t-shirts: stitching defect, holes in product and / or have any other manufacturing defect.

For printed products: where some or whole or a part of the print is missing or bruised

For metal products such as keychains : where the links are broken, damaged or rusted; where the item is defected due to a manufacturing process defect.

For glass, porcelain and other delicate items: Cracked, chipped, damaged or deformed pieces, where the damage is not caused due to a bruise noticeable on the external packaging, and limited to a manufacturing defect.

Please Note:

  • Odd Shop returns policy accepts only replacements of the products(subject to stock availability)and not direct refunds.
  • The item you are returning should be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition and packaging.
  • You may exchange your item and receive a replacement of that exact product subject to the availability of stock.

If you want to replace your item(s):

To replace your item(s) just follow the steps below:

  1. Fill out this returns form online & submit for pick up in the following cities: BENGALURU, DELHI, CHENNAI, GURGAON, HYDERABAD, KOLAKATA, MUMBAI, PUNE
  2. For other cities please download this returns form and mail the item(s) along with the form to our Returns Department.
  3. Once we receive the package we will deal with your request for a replacement and keep you updated via email on the progress of your request.

If there is a problem with your order:

In case you are facing issues like delayed delivery, change in shipping information or any other related query you could email us at with the subject “Order problem”. Please state your order information and the concerned problem or call us on customer care. Our team will do their best to assist you.

If you have received the wrong order:

You could send us an email at with the subject “Wrong Order” describing the grievance and order details along with your order no and AWB no. as per the delivery package. Our team will get back to you as swiftly as possible.

Things you must consider while filing for replacement of item(s):

  • If the package seems to be tampered with at the time of delivery, kindly do not accept the delivery package and send an email to within 24 hours of denying the package.
  • Reverse pick ups are available only in BENGALURU, DELHI, CHENNAI, GURGAON, HYDERABAD, KOLAKATA, MUMBAI, PUNE
  • If, after rigorous checking, our online store managers conclude that the item has been worn/ washed/ tampered with/ returned without the original packaging Odd Shop holds absolute discretion to deny the replacement and return to you the same product.
  • The return item(s) must be accompanied by a complete “returns form”.
  • will not be held responsible for any failure on your part in following the procedure for returns & replacement.
  • If the item(s) to be replaced is out of stock you will be provided with store credit in the form of a web-store voucher of equivalent value.
  • In case your item of purchase can not be replaced, you may choose an item available in the store for the exact same or lesser amount only after you receive the store credit.

That order has not yet been shipped. Please send a request to under the subject “Order Cancellation” . After dispatch, the return policy mentioned above is applicable.
